There are a limited number of excellent opportunities to exhibit at the UK Energy Security of Supply Seminar. The exhibition area is in the concourse outside the main Seminar area in the One Great George Street venue - where delegates will assemble and mingle for coffee breaks throughout the day.

1. Location of Exhibition Space

The exhibition space is ideally located in the concourse area outside the main seminar room. Delegates will automatically pass through this area going into and out of the seminar. All intervals/coffee breaks will also be centred in the exhibition area and it will be used for the many fringe and bilateral informal meetings between companies.

2. Exhibition Stands

The exhibition spaces represent a stand length of 3 metres by a depth of 2 metres. There is a height restriction of 3 metres throughout. The charge covers exhibition space only. Prospective exhibitors are free to introduce their own frame/display unit provided that it fits within the allocated space. Stand positions will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. No single group will be permitted to take more than two positions. There are ample power points around the exhibition area and a three-phase electrical supply. Exhibitors must make sure they have adequate socket-boards, cabling etc for their displays. All cabling to the front of exhibition stands must be fully taped-down and made safe.

3. Attendance at the Seminar by Exhibitors

Exhibiting at the seminar conveys the automatic right of free attendance at the seminar for one delegate, whose name should be made available to the organisers in advance of the seminar. A further discount of 10% on the seminar delegate rates is available to a maximum of two personnel associated with the company exhibition stand.
